Experience

Six places since April 2021, in order, with what each one involved. Then the certificates, the courses and the languages.

  1. Apr 2026 – now
Digital Product Manager, Gross Insurance JSC

Full-time. Tashkent, on site. Leading the digital product direction: the website, the mobile app (iOS and Android) and the Telegram Mini App, the company's digital sales and customer service channels.

    • OSAGO redesign in June 2026, from spotting the decline to the prototype: weekly sales through the site up 64%
    • First insurer in Uzbekistan with online claims and policy cancellation in the customer cabinet
    • Make every product decision for the three channels; management owns legal questions and the budget
    • Proposed hiring a designer and three developers, interviewed the candidates and chose whom to hire
    • Own the analytics: the funnel from visit to purchase to renewal, not the traffic
    • Take releases from discovery to delivery with the design and development teams
    • Work with marketing on campaigns that run through the channels, from terms to measurement
    • Mobile: the Flutter app for iOS and Android, designed and tested by me; now the app is getting everything the cabinet on the website does
    • Launched a Telegram Mini App for OSAGO and travel insurance; it already brings sales
    • On my initiative: a security audit of the site and a disclosure section built to the legal requirements for joint-stock companies
  2. May 2025 – Jun 2026
Product Manager, US logistics software company

Full-time, remote. The company builds software for dispatchers at US logistics companies; its name is not disclosed. I joined in May 2025 as a full-stack developer. What I had learned launching Bozor Boy and running Keypix got management's attention, and after three months they offered me the product manager role, which I held until June 2026. In my last months there, from April 2026, I worked part-time and handed over my work while starting at Gross Insurance.

    • Product Manager, August 2025 to June 2026
    • Full-stack Developer, May to August 2025
    • When I joined, customers were leaving for competitors. I proposed and launched several features, and they stopped leaving
    • Users worked from habit: moving one button brought tickets to support. So every release went through customer interviews first, then to a few companies as a pilot, and only what worked there went to everyone
    • Many A/B tests and customer interviews with the dispatchers who used the product
    • The product worked inside the rules of the FMCSA, the US trucking regulator: carriers' MC and DOT numbers, drivers' hours of service (HOS) and violations, electronic logging devices (ELD)
    • Received the company's “Initiative of the Year” award
  3. Sep 2024 – May 2025
    Co-founder and Project Manager, Keypix

Self-employed. Tashkent, on site. Founded and led a digital product and web development studio, building the company from the ground up and overseeing its growth, operations and delivery. I closed the studio in May 2025.

    • Built and managed a team of ten across design, development and the business functions
    • Led product strategy, project delivery and technical direction across more than 40 digital projects
    • Worked directly with clients, from discovery and requirements to delivery and ongoing support
    • Managed sales, client relationships, negotiations and business development
    • Oversaw financial and operational management, budgeting and resource allocation
    • Led hiring, team development, task prioritisation and day-to-day management
    • Coordinated designers and engineers across several concurrent projects
    • Delivered websites, web applications, Telegram bots and other digital products for businesses
    • Made the strategic and operational calls that balance client needs, product quality, delivery dates and business goals
    • Closed it in May 2025: I hired ahead of revenue and did not plan the cash flow. Since then every idea starts with its economics
  4. Apr 2023 – Aug 2024
Head of Operations and Startup Launch, Bozor Boy

Full-time. Tashkent, on site. Built and launched a grocery delivery startup from the ground up, taking ownership of business operations, partnerships, marketing and digital product development.

    • Business operations: how an order is taken, fulfilled and paid for, and the people who do it
    • Partnerships: the suppliers and partners the service depended on
    • Marketing: the first customers and the channels that brought them
    • Digital product: the App Store and Google Play apps and the site customers ordered through; I made the apps myself and tracked them in AppMetrica
  5. Oct 2022 – Apr 2023
    Front-end Developer, AX Technology

Full-time. Dubai, United Arab Emirates, remote. Front-end development for a Dubai technology company, working remotely from Tashkent: interfaces built to specification, shipped on a team schedule across time zones.

  6. Apr 2021 – Oct 2022
    Front-end Developer, Ukrainian web studio

Ukrainka, Kyiv region, remote. Layouts and interfaces for client websites in HTML, CSS and JavaScript, my first eighteen months in the trade.
